In order to upgrade electric infrastructure, DTE has scheduled a planned interruption of service on Tuesday, May 7th around 9:00am, which is estimated to last approximately 30 minutes. A list of affected addresses is available here. A map of the affected area is below [updated 5/3/24, 11:42am].

Appliances and other electronic equipment such as TVs, refrigerators, and computers should be disconnected and left unplugged until after electric service is fully restored. DTE crews will work quickly and safely to keep the interruption as short as possible. 

If you have questions regarding the scheduled service interruption, please call (313) 235-8021 or email powerconcerns@dteenergy.com and reference your address. Should inclement weather or some other factor cause a postponement, the interruption will be rescheduled by DTE.
