The City of Huntington Woods has a Deputy Planning Official who is responsible for issuing building permits, inspections and enforcing the Code of Ordinance, building, zoning and historic district requirements. In addition, the City employs part-time electrical, plumbing, and mechanical inspectors. 

Payment for permit fees and other applications can be taken via cash, check or credit card over the counter at the City’s Building Department. Checks can be mailed with applications.

*City Hall is closed from 1-2pm daily for lunch.
